We are excited to announce our collaboration with local favourite Bamboo Sushi! Every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2:00-6:30 pm you can get your favourite sushi rolls, sushi burritos and appies at Timber Café!

Kiwi Burger with Wedges

A homemade Lower Shannon Farms beef burger patty on a toasted bun with bacon, lettuce, cheese, beets, caramelized onion, home sauce, ketchup, mustard, and topped with a fried egg. Served with homemade wedges & chipotle citrus dip.
Gluten Free? Order it without the bun!

A delicious baked egg dish similar to an omelette. Made with mushroom, bacon, peppers, onion, tomato, spinach, and Lower Shannon Farms eggs

Buddha Bowl  [GF, DF, SF]

Locally grown romaine lettuce, broccoli, beets, sweet potato, shredded carrot, currants, sunflower seeds. Date-sweetened scratch-made dressing. Sugar, dairy, gluten, corn and soy free!

Locally grown romaine lettuce, butterhead lettuce, fresh orange, avocado, bacon, pumpkin seeds and fresh basil. Homemade from the scratch dressing: lemon, olive oil, and herbs.
